The following documents should be enclosed with the note verbale/official letter:
1. 2 copies of the Vehicle Registration Modification Form (with the Motor Vehicles Office's seals to certify that the vehicle license plate has been deregistered).
2. 4 copies of the Application Form for Duty-Free Articles Imported/Exported by Diplomatic Missions/Foreign Offices.
3. Copy of Tax certificate.
4. Copy of Vehicle Registration.
5. Copy of ID card.
Only reciprocal DMFO and their staff members qualify as applicants.
