When diplomatic pouches are imported, the DMFO should provide four copies of the Application Form for Duty-Free Articles Imported/Exported by Diplomatic Missions/Foreign Offices and a copy of the bill of lading (air waybill). Only reciprocal DMFO and their staff members qualify as applicants.
