| Taiwan Alumni Associations Since 2010, a total of 88 Taiwan Alumni Associations (TAAs) have been created throughout the world. The participants comprise individuals who have received a Taiwan Scholarship or Taiwan Fellowship from the Republic of China (Taiwan) government to partake in educational programs, advanced studies, or short-term practical training and research in Taiwan. To connect Taiwan and TAA members worldwide and enhance interaction among the alumni, each year TAAs organize a diverse range of events, including Taiwan Scholarship and Taiwan Fellowship briefings and exchange activities, thereby consolidating friendships and bolstering international support for Taiwan. Most of the TAAs use an R.O.C. (Taiwan) embassy or representative office as a contact point. The TAAs are listed in the table below. |  |
