The Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Surabaya commenced operation on December 21, following a ceremonial opening on December 18 presided over by the office’s first Director-General, Mr. Jeffrey Hsiao.
TETO in Surabaya will represent the interests of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in East Java Province, Sulawesi, Bali, Lombok, the Malukus, Papua Province, and other parts of eastern Indonesia.
